The following are the terms and conditions for purchasing goods from the Kanha Kriti jewellery online store (www.kanhakriti.com). these terms & conditions apply to any contracts entered into by Kanha Kriti jewellery (hereinafter referred to as "Kanha Kriti," "we," "our," or "us"). you agree to these terms and conditions by placing an order with us. You do not have authorization to use the contents of this website if you do not agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety, and you should stop using them immediately.
You agree to be subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms & Conditions”), including such other terms and conditions and policies linked herein and/or available by hyperlink, by visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us. These Terms of Service apply to all site users, including browsers, vendors, consumers, merchants, and/or content producers, without limitation.
SITE ACCESS AND CHANGES
Our website is updated frequently, and access is granted on a transitory basis. We attempt to update our site regularly, and we reserve the right to make changes to the material, including product specifications and pricing, at any time and without warning. We have the right to stop or close our site indefinitely if the necessity arises. Any of the information on this site could be out of date at any time, and we have no duty to update it. CONTRACT
There will be no contract between you and Kanha Kriti jewellery for the sale of any product until Kanha Kriti jewellery has acknowledged your order with a confirmation email and your credit/ debit card has been charged in full. When we accept your order, it creates a legally binding contract between us. Adults (those aged 18 and up) are the only ones who can enter into legally binding contracts.

If we are unable to obtain payment authorisation, if shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, if the item ordered does not meet our quality control standards and is withdrawn, out of stock, or if there is an error in pricing or content, Kanha Kriti reserves the right to refuse your order. We reserve the right to refuse to process and thus accept a transaction for any reason or to refuse service to anyone at any moment.

We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or expenses resulting from our refusal to accept your order, and we will have no other compensation obligation to you except to refund the money paid for the items mentioned.
PAYMENT
By shopping on this site, you affirm that the credit/debit card being used is yours or that the owner of the credit/debit card has specifically authorised you to use it. The card issuer conducts validation and authorization checks on all credit/debit cardholders. We will not be accountable for any delays or non-delivery if the issuer of your credit card refuses to authorise payment. Your credit/debit card linked to your account can be used to make a payment. In addition, any other ways that may be offered on our online site will be considered.
PAYMENT
Acceptance of your order and fulfillment of the contract between you and Kanha Kriti Jewellery will be completed when the items have been sent unless you cancel your order within 5 working days after full payment has been deliver.

To cancel your contract, please send an email to [info@kanhakriti.com] with the subject line "Cancellation" and your order number and address. Kanha Kriti Jewellery has the right to refuse any returns after the 5-day deadline has passed.
DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED ITEMS
Upon delivery of the goods, all parcels must be opened promptly in the presence of the Courier to ensure that the contents of the parcel have not been tampered with or destroyed. You accept that if you fail to do so and later discover the Goods are missing or damaged during delivery, we may not be able to claim the Courier or our insurers. As a result, if you fail to do so, you agree that you will be solely responsible for any such loss or damage, and you agree to waive, release, and indemnify us from and against all claims arising out of it, to the maximum extent permissible by law.

Please contact us here within 5 working days if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you bought. Once the faulty item has been returned to us by post, we will assist you in resolving any concerns as promptly as possible by replacing the item. Once you've contacted us about the problem, we'll confirm the return address in writing.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are displeased with your order in the unusual event that you are.

Because each piece of Kanha Kriti jewellery is crafted to order, we cannot give a return unless the item is determined to be defective. In some cases, we may be able to offer an exchange for a different piece.

The original credit or debit card used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the shipping charges once the products have been received (exceptions may apply). Your refund are going to be processed within 48 hours of receipt. It could take up to 7 days for your credit card company to credit your account.

Kanha Kriti Jewellery owns the whole content of this website, including all jewellery designs, images, logos, copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, as well as the use of the name Kanha Kriti. You may not publish, manipulate, distribute, or otherwise reproduce any of the material or copies of the content supplied to you or appearing on this website in any manner, nor may you use any such content in conjunction with any business or commercial operation. You agree that by using this service, you will not seek to compromise the website's integrity.
